AFCDF offers an array of services to help where help is needed most.

For individuals suffering from cancer or other debilitating issues, AFCDF can help to provide or locate the resources best suited to that particular case. While we have often provided aid in the form of easing the financial burden of medical costs, transportation and lodging during treatment for illness and disabilities, we pride ourselves on our adaptability. AFCDF can work with unique scenarios to give a helping hand in creative and new ways based upon need. If you or someone you know needs our help, please fill out our aid application below.

AFCDF resources are also in place to support and provide health centric services to firefighters and their families. We provide access to resources and information to educate on cancer and injury prevention, physical fitness and mental health, along with aiding in funding for preventative care such as cancer screenings and examinations. Our goal is to give those who give so much to their communities a better chance at happy, healthy careers along with the tools and knowledge to carry that into their lives beyond the job.

While we try to help as much as we can, as a non-profit we can only do so much as our resources allow.  If we cannot be of immediate assistance for any applicants when we receive their application we will do our best to steer them in the right direction for other available resources.
